Set up EFT Server in a clustered environment using Microsoft Clustering Services or GlobalSCAPE’s monitoring utilities and achieve high availability through failover clustering.  For DMZ Gateway, see Installing DMZ Gateway in a Cluster.

Platinum Level Technical Support Services:  Qualified Platinum Support Plan subscribers can obtain emergency technical support anytime.  Please refer to your personal Platinum Support Plan documentation for after-hours contact information.  For target response times and levels of service, please refer to the EFT Server Maintenance and Support Guide.
Limitations on Technical Support

Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects and installation and configuration assistance. Technical support is offered for current versions of GlobalSCAPE software only.  Technical support for older versions is available through our online self-help resources.

While we are happy to support your usage of our products and will help in overcoming any difficulties you may encounter, Technical Support does not include advanced issues such as problems with COM development, HTML development, custom macro scripts, development of Web sites, or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. For help in those areas Professional Services may be available.
